8) Slipsafetycablethenremaininglockwasheroverendofthreadedpipe.

 Screwhexnutontostem.

9) Attachchainlinktosmallloopatendofstemandtolooponcanopy.

10) TURN OFF POWER.

IMPORTANT:Beforeyoustart,NEVERattemptanyworkwithout 

 shuttingofftheelectricityuntiltheworkisdone.

 a) Gotothemainfuse,orcircuitbreaker,boxinyourhome.Place

  themainpowerswitchinthe“OFF”position.

 b) Unscrewthefuse(s),orswitch“OFF”thecircuitbreakerswitch(s),

  thatcontrolthepowertothextureorroomthatyouareworking

on.

 c) Placethewallswitchinthe“OFF”position.Ifthexturetobe 

  replacedhasaswitchorpullchain,placethoseinthe“OFF”position.

11)Findtheappropriatethreadedholesonmountingstrap.Assemble

 mountingscrewsintothreadedholes.

12)Attachmountingstraptooutletbox.(Screwsnotprovided).Mounting

 strapcanbeadjustedtosuitpositionofxture.

13)Attachsafetycabletoslotinmountingstrap.

14)Makewireconnections(connectorsnotprovided.)Referencechart

 belowforcorrectconnectionsandwireaccordingly.

15)Pushxturetoceiling,carefullypassingmountingscrewsthroughholes

 incanopy.

16)Securexturetoceilingwithknurlknobs.

17)Setglassthenspacerdownoversocket.

18)Threadsocketringontosocket.(DONOTovertighten.)

7) Passerunerondelledeblocagesurl’extrémitédelatubeleté.

8) Passerl’extrémitéducâbledesécuritépuislarondelledeblocage

 restantesurl’extrémitédelatubeleté.Visserl’écrouhexagonalsurla

 tubeleté.

9) Attacherlemaillondelachaîneàlapetitebouclesituéeàl’extrémitéde

 latigeainsiqu’àlabouclesituéesurl’abat-jour. 

10) COUPER LE COURANT.

IMPORTANT:TOUJOURScouperl’électricitéavantdecommencerle

 travail.

 a) Localiserlecoffretàfusiblesouledisjoncteurdudomicile.Mettre

  l’interrupteurprincipalenpositiond’Arrêt.

 b) Dévisserleoulesfusibles(oumettreledisjoncteursurArrêt)qui

  contrôlentl’alimentationversleluminaireoulapiècedans 

  laquelleletravailesteffectué.

 c) Mettrel’interrupteurmuralenpositiond’Arrêt.Sileluminaireà

 remplacerestdotéd’uninterrupteuroud’unechaîneconnectéeà 

 l‘interrupteur,placercesélémentsenpositiond’Arrêt.

11)Trouverlestrousletésappropriéssurlabarrettedemontage.Vissez

 lesvisdemontagedanslestrousletés.

12)Visserlabarrettedemontageàlaboitedejonction.(Visnonfournies).

 Labarrettedemontagepeutetreajustéepourconveniràlapositionde

 l’applique.

13)Fixerlecâbledesécuritéàlafentedanslesupportdemontage.

14)Connecterlesls(connecteursnonfournis).Sereporterautableauci-

 dessouspourfairelesconnexions.
